After a welcome speech by Stephan de la Rosa from the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics, we listened to exciting talks by Ulrich Steinbach (Deputy Minister for Science, Research and the Arts of the Baden-Württemberg Government), Stefanie Lohaus (editor of the Missy Magazine) and Martha Roßmayer (Subject Area Equal Opportunity in the Personnel Department of the Max Planck Society). Numerous employees then participated in workshops about „Work Life Balance“, „Science Career“ und „Gender Awareness“. Finally, all participants met at the Max Planck Guest House to discuss the events of the day whilst enjoying snacks and drinks.
