Unconscious Bias - because we all have unconscious prejudices

Unconscious biases influence our perception and decisions. They stand in our way to professionality and science and we are not even aware of them. In this interactive talk we will try to discover and understand some of our blind spots – so that we get better control over them and make more professional decisions. There are tools to do so.
