Position: PhD Student  Unit: Henning Scheffler

In the area of Ultra-High-Field MR Spectroscopy direct/indirect 13C MRS measurements are used to obtain metabolic rates in vivo in human brain.

Goal of my project is to measure and analyse Glu, Gln and GABA concentrations and fluxes with single-voxel MRS and/or MRSI in the brain of healthy people and people su ffering from MDD.

02/17 - now: PhD student, Max-Planck-Institute of Biological Cybernetics, Tuebingen, Germany
MR Spectroscopy and Ultra-High Field Methodology Group of Anke Henning

10/14 - 10/16: M.Sc in Physics, University of Rostock.
Focus: Molecules, Clusters and Plasmas

10/11 - 09/14: B.Sc in Physics, University of Rostock
