My research is currently focused on the following topics:

B0 inhomogeneity correction in high field MRI - multi-coil approach with loop elements and with irregularly shaped DC conductors generated with genetic algorithm.

Development of the metamaterial structures which, in combination with a box shaped monopole type antenna, should improve the MRI traveling wave setup performances.

Measurements and extraction of dielectric properties of human and animal tissues with novel waveguide transmission technique.
