I obtained my Ph.D. in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin in December 2013. My primary research is to develop theoretical and practical tools for understanding neural systems, using machine learning and signal processing techniques. I am also interested in drug mixture optimization for cancer treatment, as well as hierarchical time series data analysis.
