I’m currently working on simulations of the Bloch-McConnell equations for quantification and optimization of the saturation pulses in CEST-MRI. This can be used to improve the detection of molecules like glucose or proteins. The goal is to find SAR- and time-efficient saturation pulses which can be used at both, clinical and ultra-high-field MRI.
