Machine Learning Summer School 2004
09/06: updated schedule (minor modifications).
09/03: list of events available (see section Events)
08/25: Due to server problems, the site was off half of last week. please excuse-us about this.
08/25: More information about accomodation in Berder (see bottom of section Getting to Berder).
The Summer School is intended for students and researchers
alike, who are interested in Machine Learning. Its goal is to
present some of the topics which are at the core of modern
Learning Theory. The school will be held in Berder Island, France
between the 12th and the 25th of September, 2004. During this
time, we shall present courses of 4 to 8 hours, each one
covering one of the topics listed below. In addition, there will
be evening talks which will focus on additional topics. Three
practical sessions will be organized in small groups. The goal
is to provide a 'hands-on' experience of working with Machine
Learning algorithms.
